FayFay, on the ground since 2018.

FayFay moved to China to study international economics, shipped her first container to Nigeria in 2020 and founded FAYFORT in 2021. She still walks the markets herself.

Is it free to start?

Yes. Joining FayFort and sending a sourcing request are both free.

Do I pay anything before you start sourcing?

On the Free and Standard plans, yes: after we review your request we send a sourcing deposit invoice before we start. The deposit is part of your product total and is taken off your final invoice. If you decide not to buy, we keep it for the sourcing work done. Pro members in good standing pay no deposit.

How is FayFort paid?

Through a service commission agreed with you, which is built into the product invoice when we send it. There is no separate entry or commitment fee.

How long does it take?

We review every request within 24 hours. Before sourcing starts you get an estimated delivery date, and if it changes you see the new date and the reason in your dashboard.

What does shipping cost?

It depends on the item, its weight and where it is going: sea freight is priced by volume, air freight by weight. The team confirms the cost for each order.

Can I see my goods before they ship?

Yes. We check your goods at our Guangzhou warehouse and share photos or video on your request before anything ships.

When will a person reply?

The FayFort assistant answers in the chat at any time. Our team works Monday to Saturday, 9:30 to 18:30 China time, and usually replies within 30 minutes during those hours.

Do you source branded or counterfeit goods?

No. We don’t source, ship or advise on counterfeit or branded lookalike goods.
